A note from Charles…
A purchase from one of my collections is sure to bring you a lifetime of pleasure. I warrant that all of my merchandise is free of defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one-year.

I also guarantee that my jewelry will not tarnish for the lifetime of the item. This warranty does not cover items abused, lost or misplaced by the owner or user or otherwise damaged by customer wear, neglect, or use in any way other than the manufacturer intended, which is simply to be worn as a piece of fine jewelry. Please inspect your purchase carefully to verify there are no defects prior to wearing and upon receipt of purchase or gift. While I go to great lengths to ensure all of our merchandise is inspected prior to sale, damage can happen prior to delivery to the ultimate consumer.

 

Items that are covered by our warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the consumer.

In the event the item cannot be repaired, and is discontinued or otherwise not available, we will provide an item of similar value as a replacement. We do have a nominal fee of $10.00 help to cover the costs of handling, insuring and returning the item sent for repair or warranty work. Please include a check or money order payable to: Charles Winston Luxury Group in the amount of $10.00 with the return of any items for repair, warranty work or inspection. To return an item for repair under the warranty coverage, please click here to provide us with the necessary information. We will respond to your return request within 3 business days with all necessary details.

When you return an item to us for repair, warranty work or inspection, please include a note with the following information:

  1. Your name
  2. The address to return the item (FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes)
  3. Your Daytime telephone number
  4. Your email address if you have one
  5. A copy of receipt or approximate date of purchase.
  6. The name of retailer or place of purchase
  7. The price paid or value of the item;( we need this for insurance purposes.) If the value of an item is overstated by more than 20%, we will have the right to contact you to readjust the value or decline to repair the item
  8. A brief description of defect or repair needed, and explanation of how the issue occurred.
  9. If the item is broken, stone damaged or any other issue that may appear to have occurred after wearing, please explain the events leading up to the damage and how the damage occurred.
